When I lived in Aix-en-Provence- in another life- everything was seasoned with a little olive oil and Herbes de Provence. I lived with the sweetest older couple, and my host mother, Nelly, was the most phenomenal cook. With this seasoning, I’d like to invite you à table for an authentic taste of the South of France.
