Two Payments: Two payments: First is the down payment to reserve your share! Then when your beef is ready to ship we will email you the final invoice. 
 
The Eighth Beef package is a popular starter package for those who've never bought beef before. But warning! Most of our customers say they wish they had ordered more! With this package, you will have your own little grocery store “freezer” section right at home. This option requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space.

2. Final payment is collected right before your beef ships out.
