Two Payments: Two payments: First is the down payment to reserve your share of a cow! Then when your beef is ready to ship we will email you the final invoice based on the pounds of meat yielded.
We expect an Eighth Beef to yield 80 lbs.
A Quarter Beef to yield 100-120 lbs.
A Half Beef to yield 200-220 lbs.
A Whole beef to yield 400-440 lbs.
Of course these yields can vary by animal and between Finishing options!
Approximately:
- 25% steaks: rib steaks, T-bones, sirloins, tri-tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & cube steaks
- 35% savory cuts & roasts: chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat
- 40% premium ground beef

Receiving Your Beef:
